Yes, sad but true, this is my guilty pleasure. If you haven't seen this show yet, you are missing out. They have some very talented people vying for a coveted spot on the show Glee. Every week the group is given one song that they will sing as a whole. They are each given specific parts to sing and their job is to make it their own. At the end of the week, the group shoots a music video of the song. They are not only being judged on singing, but also on their dancing and acting skills. Every week 3 people are chosen as the bottom 3 and they fight to stay in the competition by going before the writer of the Glee, sing a solo and make their case as to why they should stay in the competition. One person out of the three gets sent home, the others are still in the running for the grande prize!
Why do I love this show so much? I love the songs that are chosen for these kids to sing, but what I really love is to watch how these people change up a song to make it their own rendition. Also, there is a boy on here from Ireland and his accent is FANTASTIC!!!!! Seriously, I could listen to him talk all day. Like I said, if you haven't watched it, you are missing out!
