Dying Easter eggs this year was probably the funnest that I have had thus far. My kids absolutely loved it and it was so fun to watch Davyn with the eggs. He ended up eating one of the eggs, shell and all, while we were busy with the other kids. Yuck, but atleast it kept him busy.
Davyn took his first Wobbaly steps on the the 29th of March. He took about three. I know that we are still a little ways off from him actually walking, but it's a start. He'll stand on his own with out the support of furniture or mommy and daddy a lot more frequently. To help him a long in getting more confident in walking, we have set up the push walker for him. He actually does really well with it. We are optimistic that he might be walking pretty well by his birthday. We'll see.
I made some creamcheese frosting for some homemade oreo cookies and Davyn was the only one around. He was screaming in his highchair, so I gave him a beater to keep him occupied. He LOVED it. Come on, who doesn't like to lick beaters?
Cory and I met in Wyoming and got married in October of 2003. We have since built a house, done some schooling, and started a family. We have four wonderful kids that we couldn't be more proud of and marvel at the things that they teach us everyday. We are excited to experience and document the many wonderful (and sometimes not so wonderful) things that our kids do.
