The sun is FINALLY here!

We have been waiting a long time for the sun to come out and for it to be warm enough to break out the kiddie pool for the kids. Water balloons, kiddie pool, and chalk are a favorite summer past time for the kids. Hopefully the good weather stays and the snow stays away!

Taegyn's 2nd Birthday

Better Late then never right? Here are some pictures of her birthday party. She wanted a princess birthday (surprise surprise...) so I made her the castle cake with Cinderella and the prince.

36 and 1/2 weeks and counting...

I already feel huge, it's amazing that you can still get bigger! The pictures are blurry cause I had deKyn take them for me. I can't wait to be done with this pregnancy and to find out if we have another girl or another boy! I do have to say that this pregnancy has gone by really fast for me. I think with being so busy, it has helped the time to fly by!

When did my little boy become a little man?

It amazes me how quickly children grow. deKyn is getting bigger everyday. He is becoming so independent and grown up! I can say I am extremely excited that he has started to use the toilet! Just in time too! Baby 3 is almost here and if deKyn keeps this up, it will be one less kid in diapers. The funny thing is that Taegyn has started to show interest in the toilet again because deKyn is doing such a good job. Lets hope that there isn't any regression once baby finally does decide to come!

Fairy Princess

Taegyn is finally getting into the dress up stage where she really enjoys dressing up like a princess or a fairy. Her new favorite movie right now is Tinkerbell. She'll ask me to put on her Fairy pretties so she can prance around. She also makes the funniest faces too!

Princess

We bought Taegyn and Easter dress and she says it's her princess dress. How did I ever get such a girly girl? She is so cute though!

Getting something done

I must be in my nesting stage of pregnancy or something. I have this uncontrollable urge to get stuff cleaned, finished and organized. So, Friday I decided that I was so sick of looking at my white walls in my bedroom, that I went out and bought paint. I chose to do tan walls with one dark brown accent wall. Cory and I worked together and got the whole room painted this weekend. Along with painting, I made Cory go down and dig through all our totes to find the baby stuff and we separated and washed some newborn girl and boy clothes along with blankets, and burp cloths. We also washed and put together the bassinet and the swing. Yes, I realize that I still have about 6 and 1/2 weeks left, but I have been paranoid that I am going to deliver early with this one and I don't want to be stressing about not having this stuff done. Now, I can breath a little easier and take all the other things that need to be done a little at a time.
Next big project? Finding decorations for our room!
