So, I complained my frustrations and pleaded for help with the fact that my boy eats every hour to two hours. After a bunch of questions and an evaluation, she kindly informed me that my baby wasn't eating because he is hungry, he is eating for comfort. She told me that she thinks that Davyn might have reflux and that is the reason that he is eating all the time, he is trying to stop the burning he feels by eating. So, she gave us some medicine to try to help him to feel better and to hopefully go a little longer in between feedings. Let's hope and pray that this is the problem and it works!

Heavens he is getting so big! To bad he has reflux, that stinks, but at least you won't have to nurse every hour ;) What a cutie!
abby, I found your blog off of ryann's. So i had to comment. I know how this goes. Riley has reflux. He had it as a baby and was put on prevacid until he was 7 months, but a few months ago they put him back on it cause he was throwing up constantly. He has only thrown up twice since starting back on the meds. I think that emma has it too, yeah for us. Hopefully the meds help with Davyn. I'm sad we missed his blessing today, I hope all went well.
